I’ve never made crackers before but I was SHOCKED at how easy it was!
I always start my mornings by checking out my favorite blogs to see what they are up to. Katie made Garlic Chive Crackers for her adorable baby girl and I decided to give it a whirl.
BUT I didn’t have chives or regular flour or garlic salt (I should probably go to the store..) but it still worked out and they taste delicious! I didn’t roll them as thin as Katie did but they still crisped up nicely. I may or may not have rolled the dough with a half-full bottle of wine. My rolling pin is in the attic and I was not about to go up there.
So I used fresh oregano, whole wheat flour and garlic powder. MMM.
They look perfect! Glad you liked them…I’m trying oregano next time. 🙂
