Breakfast Burritos

These are amazing. It’s a fun way to enjoy breakfast and we love it.

Breakfast Burritos
Serves 2

4 small flour tortillas, toasted
4 eggs, scrambled (I added fresh spinach to mine)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 salsa, I used jarred
1/2 avocado, sliced
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Hot sauce, optional (Cholula is the best with these!)

Load the warm, toasted tortillas with cheese, eggs, salsa, cilantro and avocado. Stuff your face.
